Now we apply again blending options to 3rd text duplicate layer. Select the layer and apply these effects.

Select 4rth last text duplicate layer and set some blending options.

Bevel and emboss with highlight color #ffffff and shadow mode color #000000.

After apply blending options all the text duplicate layers. we get an cool effect as like in preview.

Step 14

Now select the text tool and type again Melting text then go to Edit > Transform or (Ctrl+T) set this text as like in preview below.

Now we are applying Gaussian blur filter on current text layer.

Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian blur

Set it like shadow set opacity 50%  as in preview.

Step 15

In this final step we duplicate all liquid shapes layers and set these layers bottom of the canvas as like wavy shape as like in final preview below.
