Create a Windows 7 Wallpaper in Photoshop – Final Preview

Lets start to create our window 7 wallpaper in photoshop.
Step 1
Create a new document (Ctrl+N) 1024×768 of size applying black color #000000.
Step 2
Create new layer select Brush Tool from tool panel set (813px) of size and paint it with white color right side as like in preview.
Step 3
Select Text Tool and type a text, we are creating window 7 wallpaper so we type here (7) with white color #ffffff.
Step 4
Select Ellipse Tool and create a circle with black color #000000 back side of the text layer name it layer Top 1st Circle.
Down the Opacity (5%) of this top 1st circle layer.
Duplicate this circle, transform it (Ctrl+T) and down the size of duplicate circle layer and name it layer Top 2nd Circle.
After down the size of top 2nd circle layer set it little bit upper side of the top 1st circle layer.
Step 5
Select text layer rasterize it select Eraser Tool and erase the top and bottom area of this text layer as like in preview.
Step 6
Select Ellipse Tool again and create a circle bottom area of text with white color #ffffff as like in picture below name it layer Bottom 1st Layer.
Down the Opacity (10%) of this bottom 1st circle layer.
Duplicate Bottom 1st circle layer and transform it (Ctrl+T) name this duplicate layer Bottom 2nd Circle.
Set little bit upper side of this bottom 2nd circle layer.
Step 7
Select Pen Tool and create a shape with this color #cbfdfe name it layer 1st Shape.
Go to Layer > Layer Style and applying some Blending Options to this 1st shape layer.
Outer Glow
Bevel and Emboss
Gradient Overlay
After applying these layer styles we get awesome result.
Duplicate this 1st shape layer and set down side as like in preview and name it layer 2nd shape.
